Yes, they are. My visit to Waco last fall for the football game was awesome.

Almost every single person we encountered around town or at the stadium was very welcoming and gracious. Honestly, it felt similar to the BYU fans who welcome and chat with visiting fans. Baylor fans are top notch and I'm excited to be in the conference with them.
