Scott Young ended up being a very productive player for us as a 5 star recruit but i think the rest were all busts? Olsen, Mohetau, Heaps...?

Utah has never signed a 5 star recruit. Their boost came entirely from ability

As far as I understand 2-star just means the recruiting agency didn't bother
