The training for radiologists, especially MSK fellowship trained radiologists. Also, sample size too small and with only one Doc, the study definitely has limitations. Not saying Lachman isn’t good, it definitely is, but I think most orthopod would say the combo of lachman and MR is best.

A good exam Lachman can be much better than MRI. Should be able to tell if torn or not. MRI can be inconclusive and
