It is no doubt a big bonus having a QB who is dangerous on the ground.
I'd definitely call Hall dangerous on the ground. And it's as much his strength as a runner as it is his speed, imo.
Romney had speed enough to extend plays & pick up a 1st now & again, but he clearly was not dangerous on the ground like Jaren is. It makes a pretty big difference on how a D is able to play us & take risks, no doubt.
