A woman with the garage right next door walked out of the garage, so we nearly collided. I said, "Hello, how are you?"

She responded, "Great, except we're Utah fans."

I'm not one who likes to banter that way, but she really just teed that one up for me.

"Well, that is a bummer. I can see why you'd feel badly about that."

Thankfully, she took it as intended, and laughed.
