Lost mine in December 2020. Taste is at about 20% similar to if you were to

plug your nose and try to eat or drink something. As for my smell, you could blindfold me and place me in an outhouse in the middle of August in Alabama and I wouldn’t be able to tell you if I was at the rose parade or a garbage dump. Can’t smell a single thing and it’s been so long it’s probably not coming back
