Granted, the one play should have never happened and can mostly be blamed on the refs for not blowing the whistle on an obviously incomplete pass, but it was clear as day that our guy dove at the legs of a Wyoming player. It shouldn't be this hard to get it through their heads that you can't do that anymore.
