That’s not true according to Joe Montana
His teammates bullied him and made fun of him. Rudy didn’t have the support of them like he chose to have portrayed in the movie. If it was real, they actually didn’t want him to dress and some were very upset about it, imagine if he would have told that as it really happened, those teammates wouldn’t come across as well as the movie portrayed
