recyclable aspect.
Is it true that most (almost all?) residential recyclable material still ends up in the landfill?
I haven't researched it in a few years, but almost all recycling offered by trash collection companies (Ace, Waste Management, etc...) never really had the impact people were hoping and mostly became a PR move and revenue generator for those companies.
I'm definitely for getting rid of Red Solo cups. (They're one of my least favorite things that occupy my pantry and end up all over the house.) So it will be interesting to see if these aluminum cups take off.
