It's going to be VERY interesting to watch recruiting over the next 2 years. We've hired something like 5 new full-time
employees focussed on recruiting (and we now have the B12 label).
If we can't recruit in the top 40 with these upgrades, then we need to find different coaches.
Hopefully players in the transfer portal becomes more available to us too.
