Had to call like 8 times to even be able to be put on hold. Was on hold for an
hour, and now they're telling me they won't give me a refund. I literally signed up Thursday for the BYU game. I had ESPN for two days. So dumb.
They've offered me 15 bucks off of next month.... Just gimme a refund and let me go to Hulu.
