WJCougar Intervention Needed

Anybody know if there are construction backups on I-15 headed to Vegas?

A few months ago there was some construction backup just south of Mesquite that caused backups.

Are they still doing that?

There are still 2 spots where traffic is 1 lane on both sides of Mesquite. It is
