System was purposely designed to be robust against outliers. To pass Oregon we'd have to improve our score by 50%, which is really tough in a single game. (Especially since I've already factored in their zero for the PAC12 network game against Arizona, so they won't be dropping this week). We'd need something just over 5M against Notre Dame to pass them for tops in the West (makes sense since they got the 6M against Georgia)
And if the list is tops in the non B1G/SEC, there's no sort of splash performance against Notre Dame that would allow us to pass ... Notre Dame. I do think we'll move up on both lists, but not to #1 on either
