get Spirit up to par from a service/fees/experience perspective.

I also hope it doesn't degrade the JetBlue brand. Maybe they will offer Spirit as a lower cost, no frills alternative to JetBlue and keep the two somewhat segmented. Who knows.

They are required by law to provide a refund in that instance. So you got that going for you…which is nice.

spirit has 1st class you can buy unlike frontier etc. if its the same price with it as others, much better
