Jay Hill interview said there is too much DL talent in the state of Utah
Not having DL talent should never be an issue (running his preferred 4-3 defense).
I still think we have decent DL talent on the BYU roster currently. The scheme neutered what they were allowed to do on the field. You will see more diverse body-types coming off the edge that Tuiaki would never consider using in his defnse.
