When you consider that Keenan Pili was given a 4 star rating, I'd Slovis should also have received a 4 star rating.

Slovis is essentially a 4*. 3* ranges from 79-89.5- Slovis is 89, so as close..

Transfer Portal is the new recruiting. Prob more accurate ratings, less misses
