He just came up from an HBCU school where he couldn't even win a championship while recruiting more like a P5 than a traditional HBCU. So even with the best talent by far than his opposition he can win a lot of games, but a better coach will still beat him. And if there are better coaches at other HBCU/FCS programs, there certainly will be at the P5 level. I don't know much about him, but this screams like something that is going to backfire in a big way. For the individuals involved, I hope it works out for them, but a lot of me also hopes this does flop.
