A friend from high school was killed letting his friend shoot him
and it wasn't even for $100 mil.
He was wearing/"testing" a bullet proof vest from like 10 or 15 feet away and it killed him. I don't know much more of the details other than his friend got charged criminally. I think he had to do a couple of years of jail time.
