It looks like they had the lineman ready to block on the left side of the field. I think that WR was going to lateral
to someone who was on the right side, coming left. Then there were 3 OL already downfield creating the blocking wall.
Whoever the LB was for the 49ers wasn't phased at all. Stayed on his guy and took him to the ground.
I could totally be wrong, but that is what the play was looking to accomplish from what I could tell.
