Simply can’t afford to be gambling. A lot of that to be honest has been lazy recruiting under Kalani. The coaches would justify it by talking about their potential. But at this level of division 1, the potential already needs to be shown to justify a scholarship. Do it in high school, junior college, or as a PWO.
