A few years ago I was getting burned out hard with work. I was in my early 30s
And longed for an early retirement to get out.

One day I had a clear cut personal revelation that said “your satisfaction in your career will be directly tied to your level of continuing education.”

I took that to heart and really committed myself to improving and develop my career skills. I just finished a week long training and am more energized than ever to get back to work. And I haven’t had a burnout like that for years.

That would be my biggest advice to anyone looking at jobs. Find something that allows development and education throughout the career.
