What a complete joke. I gave up after a few weeks of checking almost daily. We are planning to fly internationally next year. I just used a different credit card and renewed her TSA pre check only.
Government got their money and never have to worry about losing business or delivering on their end of the transaction.
I didn’t know about the app . . . if it works that would be worth the $5 it costs to get the app.
