He’s built like a big man, but plays more of a finesse game like a guard. A lot of things defenders do to him that would be a foul on just about anyone else aren’t as noticeable because he’s so strong. So I do think he gets fouled a lot without calls. He’s also a bad flopper, not as skilled at it as guys like Luka, Harden, and Trae. And contrary to what a lot of people might think, I don’t think he hunts fouls. He opportunistically flops, but I don’t see him pulling CP3 rip through moves or Harden arm swings through traffic, or Luka/Trae get an inch on the defender and veer into them and throw up a shot moves.

He could take some pointers from Giannis, Embiid, and Zion. They get a lot of fouls using their physical tools. I wonder if the difference is they all play more physical than LeBron so the contact is more noticeable since they are often causing it.
