ESPN will make sure it's not more than the Big-12. the Big-12
is ESPN's offer cap for the Pac-12.
Why would ESPN pay more than $30M/school for Oregon St and Washington St *12 when it can get a small handful schools for that same money to fill up a fairly full evening inventory lineup? ESPN gets those schools cheap, and doesn't pay for anything else.
