My 4 year old gets them. Just had a bout last week. A normal person would take a bit of Tylenol. But my son “does not like the color” and wants the orange medicine we had when he was two.

Why not give her a dose of tylenol or advil before bed? Short term, of course.

We will do that for the next couple nights but she will go 3-4 weeks with no issues or warning signs that it’s coming.
