Them find jobs, even if the effort isn't actually helpful. I know that when I was job hunting, it was easy to feel isolated and unvalued.

It's one of the reasons I often refer to jobs here in South Dakota for people; not because I necessarily imagine that people will take them (although I love my state and think it is the best place to live!), But because it felt really nice when I was job hunting to know that seone else was making an effort to help me.
