I believe FOX will use Big 12 games for the FS1 12pm ET time slot.
That is opposite their Big Noon games with the Big Ten. BYU @ WVU seems to work perfectly for that spot.
FWIW, I also believe FOX will broadcast Big 12 games at 3:3pm ET, immediately following the Big Noon broadcast, especially in 2023 with Texas and Oklahoma games still available.
