While in Denali, must do the Denali ATV Trailblazer tour. This and the Kenai Fjords whale watching were by far our favorites. ATV tour was super muddy but so amazingly fun, you go through rivers and we all loved it including little kids in the side by side.
Stay at Alyeska if can afford it, great trails and eat at restaurants at top by ski lifts, ride tram to top for great views.
Go to Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, seeing bears and other animals that close up is astounding. Walk to end of boardwalk trail while there to see bore tide.
Portage Glacier Cruise will take your breath away, wear warm clothes bc it gets cold but is breathtakingly beautiful and also affordable.
Exit Glacier an easy hike and fun to be on a glacier, good idea there.
Eat at Moose’s Tooth in Anchorage.
