I'll add that once I started watching a show while rowing, I went from 15 minute

workouts to 30 minutes and didn't 'feel' like I was working out twice as long. So that's kinda been a game changer for me with rowing.

Caveat: Form is really important with rowing so as to avoid injury. So if you get one, get the proper form dialed in before introducing any distractions (like TV).
