I was a student at the time
I remember a few Daily Universe reporters who were big Cuff fans and were sure that if he played more, he would be incredible. I remember Cuff being quite clumsy and constantly turning it over.
The fact that he kept changing schools and ending up at Weber pretty much says it all.
And all the Cuff fans were sure that the only reason he didn't play as much was because of Roger's nepotism. For all of Roger's faults, playing his sons was not one of them.

I remember the hype that was the Shawn Bradley class. Him, Ryan Cluff, et all were going to take BYU to the Final Four.
