"Did you just throw a burrito at me??" Foul for "intent to deceive"?
By way of explanation, Terrence Brown says that Max yelled “Hey Broseph! Did you just throw a burrito out the window?” as he walked towards the WR when the ball was snapped to Harvey, resulting in the "intent to deceive" penalty (which NOBODY even realized was on the books).
