Her degree was nutrition. That works nicely if you become a registered dietitian but you really need to be regularly working in the field to maintain your knowledge base & credentials. So, she got her degree & became an awesome full-time mom. When the last was in school, she wanted to work but it was more difficult to get a job using her degree.

It all worked well, she’s the nutritionist for the school district. The path to get there was a little longer than she wanted.
