The best that can be said for the refs here is that they let it go because
He was essentially pushed off his pivot foot. Certainly in the second case they needed to call either a foul or a travel based on the rules. The first one just looked like a travel to me. I’m not necessarily a fan of this type of refereeing but maybe they decided to just call neither and let it go.
