Some were used to being there & others acted like we were cleaning a sewer. To break them into the idea we first sent them on a scavenger hunt in teams where they had to find themed outfits like Hawaiian tourist or 80’s prom queen or frumpy old lady. They had a blast. Even the snooty ones came away saying they’d go again or could make do if needed.
