We got talking about positions that we just opened up. Now these are IT positions hybrid two days in the office 3 days at home. He was telling me a year ago when a job opened up they would have about a 100-150 applications. Average person would go on 10 interviews. He said this latest round they had over 700 applications the job was only posted for 2 days. He said the average person is now going on 25 interviews with different companies.
