Someone broke into our greenhouse business last night and stole a few items. Nothing too significant, an iPad and a
cooler chest (total value of a few hundred dollars). It appears the iPad was turned off a few miles after they left our business because the last location reported by the iPad was three miles away from the business. We filed a police report this morning once we found out things were stolen. I had resigned myself that we would not get our iPad back.

I just received notification though that the iPad was turned on and I can now see it's location. I sent the new information to the police officer, and to his credit he said he would check it out when he had time, but I don't think it is a very high priority. Part of me wants to go over there myself.

I hate thieves. Even though the value of what they stole was not very high, they've complicated how we operate (the iPad is how all our employees clock in and out and it is our backup cash register when things get busy).
