...this kind of stuff. I had a circumstance where I did the detective work and basically "solved" the crime in a similar manner that you have (but even more so, I even figured out a name), yet the police wouldn't lift a finger to do anything about it. I'm sure (at least I hope) they are busy with more weightier matters, but it does seem a bit pathetic when you've done the legwork for them.
