loaded question.. but lets assume you are talking road trip..
The standard stop time for my Model Y Performance (built for speed.. not range) is anywhere from 5-15 minutes. 15 minutes lets me go from ~20% to 80% (over 200 miles of range).

For example.. from my house in Herriman to St. George I normally stop in Nephi for ~10 minutes (I could actually skip Nephi.. but better safe than sorry), then Beaver for ~7-10 minutes... and that puts me in St. George with about 20% battery.

If you use your car to plan the trip, you'll never get stranded.

If you do get stranded you can call Tesla roadside assistance (or AAA) and they will send out either a charging truck or a flatbed to tow you to a charger.

To charge from 0 (which you are never at) to 100% (which you almost NEVER charge to):
Home Level 2 charger can take 8 hours.
DC Fast Charger (250kw) 24 minutes

In reality... when i plug in my car at night it charges for ~2 - 3 hours depending on the day.

Most people don't road trip.. so they never supercharge.
