I threw this in Roofstock search.

Came back with about 375 properties that worked with listed rent of 1300 or above and a list price of 200k or less.

Looks like it's Ohio, Michigan, Mississippi, Tennessee. A few in Texas. Obviously at those list prices it's all in low income neighborhoods.
