management group (Brixmor) 10 days ago. Basically information came out about the business I've been preparing to put into the space that has made me want to back out altogether. Unfortunately the information I came across was brought to light 5 days after signing the lease.

The landlord won't let me out of a lease and is not interested in a buyout. I'm personally on the hook and by enforcing the lease they have legal grounds to go after me for everything I and my family have. Any ideas?
