(TDECU Stadium capacity: 40K - tied with Cincinnati for lowest capacity football stadium in B12.)

Never truly deserving. Never "earned" it. Location based like much of the existing P5s that are there but don't belong.

Houston and UCF were the weakest adds to the Big 12. But at least UCF is showing
