Sitake is gonzo after 2024. The talent and coaching are all far too G5. I don’t see a path forward for him much longer without a great influx of talent.

And he’s a great person and has had some wins but overall he’s just has not been a very good recruiter and an average in-game coach. Also to me he coaches a bit like a player. Gets the team up for the big name teams but then gets too complacent with any success.
