Pope could see that he needed to let the team speak instead of him. I could read his lips. He said, "you guys talk about it." Pope took a step back and let the players plan and he listened. He turned it over to them. VERY COOL moment!! How many coaches would allow his team to do that in a crucial time? Pope did.
