Confession: We recently sold our home. The buyer, at closing, accused
us of not paying our share of the closing costs and refused to sign the closing documents unless we agreed to pay more of the closing costs.

We showed him the home sales agreement, that he and his wife both signed, that clearly showed who is responsible for what part of the closing costs. The agreement proved that we paid exactly what was agreed to.

He whined and complained and accused for several days before he finally signed.

A few days later, before we moved out, some Jehovah's Witnesses came to the door. We talked for a while and then we told them they are free to drop by any time they want. That was just a small gift we left for the whining buyers.
