You will have to make short charging stops... the 10 minutes in Beaver and 5 minutes in Nephi (or the new Provo chargers) are probably correct.
However, you will want to charge up longer once you are in 'Utah Co' so you have the juice to drive around (either do it overnight or a longer 20 min charge at a supercharger).
Also, keep in mind that you pay ~$0.11 per kWh at a home charger... but as high as ~$0.50 kWh at superchargers. So to charge from ~10% to 70% at a super charger you will be spending ~$20+ (not a huge savings over gass).
