BYU fans went from loving Pope, to hating him, to loving the new guy just as much?

You know who else was a highly regarded assistant coach in the NBA with zero recruiting experience before being made the head coach of a college basketball team? That's right, Mr. "nice of you to show up" himself, Jim Boylen.

I think it is great that BYU has fans that are willing to pony up for a guy like this, but it is definitely a risky hire.
