Lots of talent on teams with poor records. Some Coaches are getting paid a fortune to try to build winning chemistry with great talent but fail to do so. I still believe the better talent you get the better you look as a Coach in most cases because talent masks Coaching flaws. When you combine good talent with good Coaching that formula is destined to succeed.
