Had to pull a job offer today. Not the first time but this one is more
Disappointing.
The candidate had been in the military. I got a hint in the interview there was a change the separation didnt go well. Sharp guy that was very motivated build a new career from what I could tell. I generally find resumes useless and hire on potential. This guy had it. I was looking forward to seen my what he could do with a stretch opportunity.
