would concern me: The off-script ability. Maybe I'm wrong but it seemed like at USC (and even Oklahoma) that he played off-script a lot. That's not going to fly in the NFL long term, you've got to be able to operate within the offense and take what the defense gives you which can include sometimes taking a sack or throwing the ball away instead of forcing throws. Even Mahomes is figuring this out.

Some of the character issues are red flags too. I can't imagine some of the things he does are not going to go over well in a locker room with grown men rather than college kids. If he tries to act the way he has up to this point I don't think it'll end up well for him or the Bears.
