Bought it for $272k in 2020 and just sold it for $437k.
Not sure if it's a first time homebuyer, but if it is they'll be looking at a $3,000+ mortgage payment on this townhome - the same one that I've been paying $1,200 on ever since we bought it just 4 years ago. And this isn't for an "average" home, it's for a 28 year old townhome. It's rough out there for first-time homebuyers.
